PLAT295 is a small coworking space and shared office in downtown Tokyo, very close to Tokyo Skytree. Drop-in use is also available.
Please use it to work or study in a homey atmosphere, have a meeting with a few people, or work while traveling.

During staffed hours, you can come directly to the site without an appointment (drop-in).
If you are not in the area during staffed hours or know your schedule in advance, please make a reservation to ensure a smooth visit.

Is there a maximum number of students?
Group use is limited to 4 people. (If you wish to reserve a seat for 4 persons, please consult with us in advance.)
Due to the limited number of seats, we may not be able to meet your request. Please call us in advance and we will let you know.
Who uses this service?
The service is widely used by company employees, freelancers, students, and entrepreneurs.
What are the days and hours of availability?
As a rule, the office is open year-round.
The office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on all other days. As a general rule, reception staff are available until 5:00 p.m. During the reception staff's stay, you can visit us directly at the store. The hours when the reception staff is not available are only available for those who have made a web reservation.
Can I reserve seats in advance?
Non-fixed-seat members may use available seats on a first-come, first-served basis. Seats cannot be reserved.
Can I make phone calls in the store?
You can call us if you are on the first floor.
The second floor is a quiet space. Please use the first floor for phone calls and web conferencing when other guests are present.
Can I do web conferencing?
For web conferencing with words, please use the first floor. If you wish to hold a web conference for listening only, please use the 2nd floor.
Please use earphone mics and masks on both the 1st and 2nd floors for web conferencing.
Is the communication environment good?
We use NURO by SONY for our internet connection.
So far, we have not experienced any communication speed problems.
Can I use the conference room without a reservation?
Available on weekdays when there are no other reservations in the meeting room.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Can I preview the property?
Viewing is available. Our staff will be happy to assist you. Please contact us or call us to make an application.
Is there a minimum subscription period for monthly plans?
The minimum usage period for monthly plans is 2 months; if you would like to use the service for only 1 month, please use the service on a drop-in basis.
Is there an admission fee or annual fee?
No admission fee or annual fee is charged.
Is there a maximum capacity?
The maximum number of students is 14.
What documents are required when signing up for a monthly plan?
If you are an individual, we will need to see your ID to verify your address in addition to the forms we provide. If you are a corporation or a sole proprietor, we will ask you to fill out the documents we provide, and we will also ask you to provide proof of your company's existence (articles of incorporation, if you do not yet have a company), a copy of the certificate of all historical matters after registration, and identification of the representative.
Do I need a guarantor?
No guarantor is required.
How long does it take from application to start of use?
Available immediately after application.
What is possible when I sign up for the registration option?
Corporate registration is available at this address. Mail can be received in a locker for an additional monthly fee of 2,200 yen.
What is possible when I sign up for the locker option?
Lockers are available to members on monthly plans for 2,200 yen per month. You can leave your luggage here in our office without having to bring it back each time. If you receive mail, we can put it in your locker.
What are the payment options for monthly memberships?
For monthly plans, we ask that you pay by bank transfer or credit card to your Square invoice.
For drop-in customers who settle payment on site, in addition to cash payment, credit card, transportation e-money, QR code payment, etc. are accepted.
Can I change the payment method for my monthly membership?
Please consult our staff.
May I invite visitors to my office?
Visitors are required to pay a drop-in fee.
What can I bring into the office?
If it does not disturb other guests, we will allow you to bring in items that are within the bounds of common sense that you can bring into the office. Pets are not allowed.
Food and beverages may be brought into the office, but please eat quietly so as not to disturb other guests.
Are monitors available for rent?
Monitors are not available for rent.
Can you forward mail and other items to my home?
We do not provide forwarding services at this office. If you are registered at this address, you can set up your own mail forwarding settings so that your mail is delivered to your home or other address. We cannot accept mail or parcels from people who have not consulted with us.
Is there an age limit?
We do not have any age limit, but since there are people working, the rooms are available for those who are old enough to work quietly. If a minor wishes to use the monthly plan, please come with a parent or guardian, as the contract will be made by the parent or guardian.
